The 2026 Repco Bathurst 1000 was a race for the ages, and the build-up to the Great Race was just as thrilling, delivering a spectacular show for motorsport fans..
The result marked Kostecki’s third consecutive Bathurst 1000 pole after his 2023 and 2024 successes with Erebus Motorsport — an extraordinary feat that sees him join legends Peter Brock (1977–1979) and Allan Moffat (1970–1972) as only the third driver in history to achieve the hat-trick. It also represented the fourth official Bathurst pole for the iconic Dick Johnson Racing outfit.
A moment of history for Ford fans and Bathurst collectors alike — this model is one that simply can’t be missed.
This 1:18 scale model is scheduled to be produced in high quality die-cast with opening parts which includes the bonnet and both the driver and passenger doors.
A highly detailed racing cockpit can be seen through the molded clear glasshouse, or by opening the doors to examine the interior further. Under the bonnet includes a detailed 5.4-litre Coyote quad overhead cam V8 and engine bay surround. Underneath the model, the undercarriage details the unique Gen3 floorpan.
Comprised of roughly 204 individual metal and plastic parts, with anywhere between 100-200 steps in paint and decoration finishing, including tampo printing where possible, photo etched parts including the bonnet pints, brake rotors and more, this is a high quality, detailed collectors model.
It will come in an exclusive, one-off limited edition with an individually numbered Certificate of Authenticity presented in its own, Authentic Collectables branded protective cardboard folder.
For the first time, this model will also include a scale replica of the Repco Bathurst 1000 winner board as an optional display feature.
