Returns/Exchanges & Shipping
Australia Wide Post Shipping, Express and International is offered. Combined Shipping Available. Shipping is via Australia Post and Orders placed before 1pm will have same day dispatch. Order after 1pm next day dispatch. Insurance is not included in postage rates and if required will be invoiced as a separate cost on request.
We accept returns for items that are damaged or not as described. We DO NOT accept refunds for change of mind.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
When returning goods for exchange or credit, it is important to call or email us first to discuss your concerns.
All postage costs associated with return goods are the responsibility of the purchaser.
We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you insure your parcel. Elite Diecast Sales Australia will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Exchanges (if applicable)
