Biante Model Cars are very pleased to present the 1:18 2017 Holden VFII Commodore SS-V Redline Ute in Heron.
Holden unveiled it’s first ever Ute all the way back in January 1951 with the FX 50-2106 Coupe Utility. With it’s versatile strength, rugged and durable heart attached to an affordable price tag and sharp good looks – the Aussie Holden Ute became a popular favourite for decades to come. Widely considered to be Holden’s last crack at producing a locally built Commodore, the Series 2 VF SS-V Redline is the flagship of the iconic Australian manufacturer’s range and Holden have imagined the ultimate sports work machine.
After over 60 years of evolution – from workhorse to thoroughbred – the last Holden Ute comes with Holden’s most powerful 6.2 litre LS3 V8 engine with 304kW or raw power and 570Nm or torque, 19-inch alloy wheels, BiModal exhaust, Brembo performance brakes, leather appointed interior and a raft of other features and ground-breaking technologies that elevates this Aussie Ute to true legend status.
Our new 1:18 SS-V Redline Ute models have been produced in die-cast with fully opening parts, which should be welcome news for many die-cast model car collectors. Additionally, the models will have numerous features including, faithfully replicated interiors, nicely replicated 19” staggered wheels with Bridgestone Potenza road tyres. We have even replicated the genuine Black sports bar and soft tonneau cover as well as photo etched parts, beautifully presented detailing and outstanding finishing all round.
It’s an exceptional model of a car that will one day be considered an absolute classic and one for the history books.
As with all Biante 1:18 models, this item will be produced in a limited edition and will come with a numbered Certificate of Authenticity.
